so i puked after my 200m. after my run yesterday, i can officially say that i hate puking. it really hurts when your body muscles, especially your abdomen area cramps up and you are forced to release that day's lunch out. quite an event, yesterday. i've never pushed myself to the extent of really getting mentally and physically shagged to the point of vomiting. nausea is an ass. and when i got home, i slept like a pig, missing the french game later on in the morning. knn.
