according to the lady, valentine's day is a sham. she warned me that she's going to refuse any flowers or gifts if i'm planning to get any for her because she thinks that it's only going to be an obligation since everyone is doing it. this, she reasons, would mean that it won't be something special anymore because every single girl is gonna get flowers and whatnot. so she put up a stern warning saying that if i really did get her flowers, she'd throw it to my face.

feisty, but i absolutely love her (even if it means getting her gerberas or tulips on random occasions).

the mint museum was ace. enjoyed the day even though every frigging restaurant was practically packed.
